Much Thanks and Love to the Traditional CMA Community and the Jow Ga Family in particular for sharing with us the First Annual Luo Kwang Yu Heritage All Kung Fu Championship.
We had a great outpouring of support from you all: my Kwoon is still talking about the Lion Dance and The Demo of the Golden Lion Style by my Sifu.

We have On e More Event scheduled for this In the Month August.
It will be a 5-Hour Intensive 7-Star Workshop on the form Miu Fah Lok.
