I'm just curious about it. I've found one sifu here that teaches jook lum, claims to be wong yuk gong student from HK. He had a brother i think that used to teach out of seattle. I went and checked out his school (he teaches out of the chinese community center), and he seemed legit, very nice, and a good teacher:

I'm also considering just taking up some jiu-jitsu instead to round out some gaps in my training. (not that jow ga doesn't have ground fighting techs and defenses, but it was something that wasn't trained as much as other techs - but sifu does have some great ground stuff/take downs/defenses). I'm not sure how much i would get/learn from a different style. Even though the mantis would be a short hand style, i tend to think that our hands jiu, gort, na, jinsau, etc... would be comparable and maybe not even that much different in application.
